As a business owner or social media manager, staying on top of which file types and sizes to use on every single platform can be a challenging task. We are here to simplify this process for you by breaking it down and providing basic, yet relevant information for the most popular platforms. We’ll also tell you which Image Vybe design file types work with each platform.

It goes without saying you want to use high-quality images for anything you put online. It doesn’t matter if it’s your website, an email newsletter or a social media post – every image should be clear and crisp.

While common GIFs are funny clips from shows or random things online, they’re pixelated and gritty, meaning they don’t look that great.

That’s not to say, GIFs don’t serve a purpose in the marketing world and businesses should advantage of their file format. The high-quality, custom GIFs Image Vybe designs can be used to drive your own brand messaging, create interest and boost engagement. Not only that, our customized GIFs can then be repurposed as MP4s.

To post a video on Instagram, it has to be a MP4. Instagram does not support GIF files. But, do not worry! We can always create a MP4 version of your GIF.

The Instagram feed lends itself to square images. 1080 x 1080 is the best choice for an Instagram post. All of our square files are 1080 x 1080.

Our landscape images are 1920 x 1080. These are also 1080p HD files for the best quality. Instagram will size these down automatically to 1080px wide, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. 1920 x 1080 size images are a 16:9 aspect ratio just like your television.

We plan on making vertical files soon. These will be 1080 x 1920 and are perfect for Instagram Stories.
